Numbered streets must be entered as numbers (i.e. 24th), NOT spelled out. It is not necessary to include the “th”, but it will work either way. Do not enter a direction designation. For example, if the address you are trying to find is 202 50th Ave N, type in 202 in the Street # field, and type in “50” or “50th” in the Street Name field. There is no field for the “N” direction designation.
If you don't know the specific address or how to spell a street name, you can type in a partial street name without a street number (i.e. house number) and all parcels with addresses that contain the information that you type in will be returned. For example, if you type the letters “ma” in the street name field, the results would return all parcels that are on streets that begin with “ma” (i.e. Maple, Main, Madison, Magpie, etc.). Some street/road names are abbreviated. For instance, "Mount Brynion" is "Mt Brynion" in the Assessor's records. Similar abbreviations are used throughout the County. If an address with a similar type name fails, try an abbreviation. Most street names match the US Postal Service.
