Navigating the map

When you first enter the Cowlitz County NetMaps site, you are immediately presented

with a map containing several elements.

The most basic of these elements is the banner in the upper left corner.

Most notable on the banner are various icons. Moving your mouse over each icon will

produce a drop down menu of additional functions.

To zoom in, zoom out and pan around the map, move your mouse over the compass icon .

As you move your mouse over the icon, a drop down menu will appear providing you

with options to zoom in, zoom out, full-extent, and re-center (pan).
