NoticesNOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION FOR CITY OF CASTLE ROCK COWLITZ COUNTY, - WASHINGTON Tuesday, November 2, 1982 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 1982, in the City of Castle Rock, Cowlitz County, Wash- ington, at the polling places listed below, there will be held a Special Levy Election as set forth below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Castle Rock, Cowlitz County, Washington: THAT -a Special Levy Election be held in the aforesaid City on the 2nd day of November, 1982, for the purpose of submitting to the electors of said City for their approval or rejection the fol- lowing proposition: PROPOSITION NO. 1 CITY OF CASTLE ROCK GENERAL GOVERNMENT FUND LEVY Shall a special tax levy of $9,771.00, an estimated, not to exceed, $0.25 per one thousand dollars of assessed valuation, for 1984 contract- ing with Cowlitz County Emergency Medical Services District, be approved. Polls of said election will be and remain open from 7:00 o'clock in the morning until 8:00 o'clock in the evening of said day, unless at the time of closing there are any electors in any polling place desiring to vote, and who are qualified to partic- ipate therein, and who have not been able to do so since appear- ing at the polling place, in which event said polls shall be kept open long enough after the hour of closing to allow those present at that time to vote. 1982.
